Model 8500 RCP-8500-HCA  High Production Tube Bead Machine

The model RCP-8500-HCA is a special high production tube bead machine. This unit can bead a tube in about 3 seconds. It utilizes mechanical tooling to form the bead. It has a hydraulic clamp assembly that houses the o.d. or female dies. An air supply is needed to rotate the tooling after the first form. It is motor driven and hydraulic powered. All controls on automatic or manual are directed by a plc system. This unit can form beads to m.s. standards or other shape beads for special applications. The beads are formed on time cycles and the clamp assembly utilizes a 24 volt proximity switch and foot pedals to initiate the form cycle. Electrical and hydraulics are determined by diameters and wall thickness.
